Don’t Wait to Vaccinate cancer.org/hpv Highland Medical Center DID YOU KNOW… The American Cancer Society recommends that boys and girls get vaccinated against HPV between the ages of 9 and 12 to help prevent six types of cancer later in life. Age Matters When you vaccinate your child on time, you help protect them from HPV cancers. HPV vaccination works best when given before age 13. Vaccination at the recommended ages will prevent more cancers than vaccination at older ages. Meagan is a lifelong resident of Highland County. "I am ready to deliver compassionate, high quality dental care to the communities HMC serves." Meagan enjoys spending time with her husband Timmy and children Hensley and Lane. Dan Sudimack, DDS Dan Sudimack is a general family dentist who received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and ultimately received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2010. Dr. Sudimack chose to focus his dental career on community health and has served the communities of Texas over the last 13 years. "I am honored to be a member of your community, and I look forward to meeting each and every one of my new neighbors in Highland and her surrounding counties." Dr. Sudimack resides with his fur family in McDowell, VA. Spends time with his dog and cats. Plays guitar and enjoys the great outdoors. Shelly Roberts, RDH Shelly is a registered dental hygienist who received her degree from Bridgemont Community and Technical College in 2011 . She has been serving patients in Highland and Bath Counties ever since. "I am so glad to come back home to HMC." Shelly enjoys volunteering her dental talents to underinsured patients through RAM and spending time with her 3 beautiful children.
