Highland Medical Center is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team! Current openings:
- Behavioral Health Assistant
The individual will be responsible for assisting Behavioral Health patients and providers. Duties include assisting patient’s complete intake paperwork, performing CLIA waived lab testing, and managing Behavioral Health referrals. Position requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, BLS Certification, and medical or behavioral health office experience. CMA/CNA preferred.
- Patient Navigator – Eligibility Specialist
This primary responsibility of this position is to communicate with patients and insurance companies to verify insurance eligibility for services. Additionally, this individual will guide patients in applying for the Slide Fee Discount Program, assist in answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Position requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent and BLS Certification. Medical office experience is preferred.
- Patient navigator – Health Information Management
The primary responsibility of this position is to confidentially manage health information coming into and going out of the Center. Additionally, this individual will assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients. Position requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent and BLS Certification. Medical office experience is preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience.
