Announcing the addition of Dr. Jennifer E. Beverage!

HMC proudly announces the addition of

Dr. Jennifer E. Beverage, DO

to our Clinical Health Team.

Dr. Beverage is accepting patients beginning May 1, 2021.


Jennifer Beverage, DO, is a family medicine physician.  She was born, raised, and resides in Pocahontas County, WV.  A graduate of Pocahontas County High School in 1999, Dr. Beverage went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Biology from George Mason University and ultimately received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009.

Dr. Beverage practiced in a sister FQHC from 2012 – 2016, when she joined the United States Air Force Medical Corps.  She was stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and the Pentagon, where she served as primary care physician and flight surgeon for service members on fight status. Dr. Beverage provided occupational health and primary care/travel support for Secretary of Defense teams, Service Chiefs, and National Military Command Center and was deployed to undisclosed location in South East Asia.

Dr. Beverage recently transferred from Active-Duty Air Force to the West Virginia Air National Guard and has joined the team at Highland Medical Center as the Chief Medical Officer.

“I am excited to be back home and to start serving the communities of Highland Medical center as a primary care physician and will see patients of all ages, newborn to geriatrics.”

Dr Beverage resides with her husband and two sons in Pocahontas County. “We all enjoy the vast outdoor activities available in the local area.  I also enjoy reading, as time allows.”
